Keeping your existing email address will be dependant upon your current email address being able to forward email. We can then set your outgoing email address to match your existing email address so you wont have to get a new address. Some services such as MSN and Yahoo do not allow this, we highly suggest GMail for this option. You may also get an address with your existing domain by redirecting your MX records in your DNS settings to our server.
